Contrary to what many people think, freezing food is a very safe practice.
Our entire product line is frozen using the ultra-freezing system. This process preserves the characteristic flavor and texture of the food, maintaining all its nutrients, thus ensuring a healthy diet.

Ultra-freezing is a technique that allows a sudden drop in temperature, preventing the growth of ice crystals and preventing the proliferation of bacteria, thus making the use of preservatives unnecessary.

It is in fact the most efficient and safe form of freezing.

Chef’s tip

To cook the ravioli correctly, follow these steps:

1. In a medium or large pan, add plenty of water and bring to a boil;

2. Place the contents of the package, still frozen, in the pan with boiling water (only one package at a time);

3. Let it cook for 5 minutes (this may vary depending on the heat);

4. After cooking, place the ravioli in a dish and add the sauce of your choice (if you want to brown it, place it in the oven);

5. Another preparation option is to sauté the ravioli in a frying pan, adding the sauce or seasoning of your choice.

Then just serve and enjoy.
